"Everywhere" Magazine

This was a collaborative project for my editorial class at George Mason University. My team and I designed and created this magazine from scratch. We decided to create a travel magazine that focuses on Asia, especially South East Asia. Showcased here are a couple of spreads that I was in charge of designing.

When readers read magazines often they like to scan the pages, the images can capture their attention and if they see something they like, the readers would then read the text alongside it. With this in mind, I tried to balance the text and images, the layout of the magazine had to be engaging with the use of the images.
